For certain people, choosing between private sector job and government job may be a little bit difficult. They may both usually fall broadly into the same category of career. But the significant of the matter arise when candidate are faced with this question at the beginning of their careers.

What influence Candidate to go for Government Job?

But for me, I never thought about the above question. Even my family and the rest of society encourage me to find job in government sector, but my attitude resist;

Why I don’t want to find job in Government Sector?

In private sector I will be:

• More productive because in private sector, we are at the fast paced working style
• Talented because our real talent unveiled via interviews and brainstorming
• Yes of course lucrative starting salary
• The most important thing and I like this i.e. the selection is base on provided procedure and NOT based on knowing someone in certain agency. I hate politic!!

Why I don’t want to find job in government sector?

Yes of course, in government sector one can get:

• Pension but in private sector got EPF as well
• Financial Services such as loan etc, etc and etc, in this matter I will wait how long, and how difficult my loan to be approve, at least I can learn that live is not easy
• Stronger immunity to job loss, I don’t like this one because this guarantee only will make one to be a lazy person. Useless!!!
• More relax (gov staff always sleep in their office)
• And this one??? Government staff likes to take letter head and paper from printer..

Walking while carrying paper (with face pretended busy) is prohibited in this office
